It’s a wine with an elegant tannin level, which complets and lends a special refinement to the product. Full-bodied, complex, with great structure and a long aromatic persistence.
Grapes: Primitivo, Negramaro, Cabernet. Colour: impenetrable strong ruby red. Aroma: Violet Bouquet and Mediterranean scrub scent. Flavour: fruity (blackberry, currant, prune, blueberry), spicy (black pepper), balsamic (sage, rosemary, eucalyptus), with grassy, licorice and coffee notes. Aging: 6 months in french or american-oak barrique, further 3-months- blend refinement. Bottle: truncated-conical.
