The Pecorino is a white grape originating from the valleys between the Italian regions Marche and Abruzzo. This grape has been rediscovered and appreciated in the last years.

Grapes: 100% Pecorino. Exposure and plant breeding: south, south-east; Abruzzi pergola; rows of vines. Vintage time: half september. Vinification: manual grape harvesting, cold maceration of the skins, soft pressure and fermentation under controlled temperature. Refining in steel tanks. Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Smell: fresh, floral, pleasantly fruity. Taste: fresh, soft, persuasive, with balsamic notes to the back sense of smell.
